Job Summary

We are actively seeking energetic, detail-oriented, and highly organized individuals to join our daily store team. As a Store Clerk, you will be trained to process incoming deliveries, maintain fresh food stations, and ring up customers at the register. You will serve as an all-around operational star, delivering the signature convenience that sets 7-Eleven apart in the convenience retail industry. This is an active, physical role perfect for those who love multitasking and interacting with local regulars.

Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Fast-Paced Checkout: Operate the cash register smoothly, scanning items, processing lottery tickets, and ensuring accurate cash handling during busy rushes.
• Merchandising & Stocking: Unload daily deliveries, stock the cold vault (coolers) using the First-In-First-Out method, and ensure snack aisles are fully fronted.
• Fresh Food Maintenance: Keep the coffee bar brewing, restock the roller grill with fresh hot dogs and taquitos, and ensure all food safety standards are met.
• Store Cleanliness: Maintain the cleanliness of the store, sweep the aisles, wipe down counters, and ensure the gas pumps and exterior remain free of debris.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age upon application (due to age-restricted tobacco and alcohol sales).
• No prior retail or convenience experience is required—we train you thoroughly on our systems.
• Must possess an excellent eye for detail and the physical stamina to walk, bend, and lift up to 40 pounds throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, shifting quickly between stocking shelves and ringing up customers.
